NAIL SERVICE POLICY

• All sales & services are final non-refundable non-exchange after the service is completed. Please notify us right away if there is anything you do not like during the service(s). We will correct them to your satisfaction/requirement right at our nail store.
• Regular nail polish services do not last long, it will chip and come off easily, especially on the fingernails which we are not guaranteed.
• If you are not satisfied with our services such as artificial nails or shellac gel color chipping off, please call us within 48 hours. We are more than happy to arrange an appointment to fix your nails within 5 days after your initial service. After 5 days, a repair fee will be applied.
• We are unable to remove ingrown toenails because we are not medical professionals. We are not responsible for any issues with infected nails. 
  
  Our nail tools are cleaned with soap, then disinfected using 70% alcohol and bleach (following Halton Region guidelines) after each use. Buffers and files are disposed of after a single use. Disposable liners are used for every Pedicure and Manicure service.
