Appointments

Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on technician availability.
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten, reschedule, or cancel their appointment to avoid delaying other guests.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, or failure to follow salon policies.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit before future bookings can be made.
Multiple missed appointments may result in booking restrictions.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment is due upon completion of your service.
All sales and services are final,non-refundable, non-exchange after the service is completed.
We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-Transfer. No AMEX

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Please let us know before leaving the salon if you are unhappy with any aspect of your service so we can make reasonable adjustments immediately.
Any repairs relating to chip off, liftings have to inform within 5 days for a free repair. After 7 days, there will be a small fee.
Any damage caused by accidents, improper care, excessive force, picking, biting, or normal wear and tear, will be subject to repair charges.
Traditional nail polish (regular polish or nail lacquer) is not guaranteed, as it naturally chips more easily than shellac gel products.

Medical Conditions

We are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat nail or skin conditions.
We do not perform services on nails showing signs of infection, fungus, open wounds, or other contagious conditions.
We do not remove ingrown toenails or provide medical foot treatments. Clients with medical concerns should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Product Information & Allergies

We use professional-quality products from trusted brands.
Although allergic reactions are rare, individual sensitivities may occur.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or product sensitivities before receiving services.
QP Nails Milton cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions that were not disclosed before the appointment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaging gift card.
The pricings will be changed without notice.
Gift cards purchased for a specific service will continue to be honored for their original purchase value.
The gift card will apply its full original value toward the current service price. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will simply be paid at checkout.

Personal Information

Your personal information is collected solely for appointment management, service history, and customer communication.
We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your personal information except when required by law.

Personal Belongings

Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times.
QP Nails Milton is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items while on the premises.
